A complex wine with layers of minerality and an ensemble of lime, tropical fruits, and fresh herbs. A well-balanced and delicate palate with a layered, long finish.

Enjoy this wine with Cajun-spiced calamari tubes, grilled cod, goats cheese, or tempura prawns.

The 2023 vintage is ready to enjoy now but has an ageing potential of 3 to 4 years to allow for a richer wine with well-integrated acidity to develop.

Also available at Waitrose & Partners (UK).

Enjoy with: Calamari, Asparagus, Artichokes

Tasting Notes: Lemongrass, Lemon, Lime

  • Vintage

The winter season started earlier than usual, and March was a very wet month. Veraison started early but continued for along time. Harvest was also early - 11 days earlier than the previous year - and stopped fourteen days earlier than in 2022. The temperatures were moderate with few heat waves. The bunches and berries were much smaller and compact this year.
