How do I join the Loyalty Club?

Simply buy 18+ bottles or spend R2000+ on an order of De Grendel wines.

How do I check my Loyalty Club status?

Simply contact Nicole on club@degrendel.co.za to check your Loyalty Club status.

How do I apply my Loyalty Club discount to online orders?

If you are part of our Loyalty Club and have an active account on our website all you have to do is log in on our website. Once logged in, your 10% Loyalty Club discount will apply on the cart and checkout pages. Loyalty Club discounts does not apply to your first online order.

How do I ensure my membership stays active?

To keep an activate membership, you have to purchase De Grendel wines from our online store, tasting room, restaurant or via our Loyalty Club Coordinator at least once a year.

I have a physical membership card, why can't I log in using the member number?

We do not make use of the previously used Loyalty Club cards. Instead, your Loyalty Club account is now linked to your email address.
